Darvin's Lawn Care

About Darvin's Lawn Care

August in the township is heavy and green — corn well over your head, cicadas going all afternoon, and a sugar maple throwing the only shade for a hundred yards. Darvin's Lawn Care mows through that heat, cutting, trimming along fences and foundations, edging drives and walks, and clearing what comes down after a thunderstorm rolls off the ridge. Grass grows unevenly in a dry August, which makes a level finish something you have to work for rather than something you get. The last pass of the day, with the light gone amber over the stubble, is the one worth remembering. Honey Brook Township and the farms nearby.
