About Smith landscape & excavation

March at Prompton is neither one thing nor the other — ice pulling back off the water, mud in every driveway, snow still waiting in the shaded folds above Honesdale. Smith landscape & excavation works both sides of that line: plowing, shoveling and salting while winter still has hold, then mowing, trimming and cleanups once the ground firms and the grass starts to move. Wayne County never hands its seasons over cleanly, so the equipment stays ready in either direction. A lot pushed back at five in the morning and a lawn brought level in June come from the same habit of showing up. That habit is most of what this work actually is.
