About Garrettwood Farms Lawn and Garden Centers Inc

The country between Honesdale and Bethany is still mostly field and hedgerow, and on a June morning the fog sits in those hollows until nearly nine. Garrettwood Farms Lawn and Garden Centers Inc works the lawns set into that landscape — mowing on a regular turn, trimming, keeping the border where grass meets stone or drive honest and defined. Turf grows hard here between the last frost and the first, and it rewards attention paid on schedule rather than in bursts. Autumn means leaves off the grass before they pack down for the winter; spring means the yard brought back out from underneath. A well-kept lawn out this way reads as part of the countryside rather than an argument with it.
