About Black Rock And Sons Paving

Irving Cliff stands over Honesdale like a held breath, and when a nor'easter settles against it the town below fills in fast. Black Rock And Sons Paving takes the night shift of that weather — plowing, stacking the banks back, spreading salt until pavement shows through again. Wayne County storms rarely announce themselves politely; they reach the ridge first and Main Street an hour later. Getting out ahead of that hour is the job, and the trucks are keyed to it. By the time the streetlights go pale, the lots and drives are open and the day can simply begin.
