About Fathead's Property Services

The Hoodlebug Trail leaves Homer City on an old rail bed, and in July the green on either side of it comes on faster than anyone quite believes. Fathead's Property Services works that same green where it meets people's houses — mowing, trimming close around posts and mailboxes, carrying off what the week left behind. Evenings out here run long and gold over the ridge, and a yard finished at that hour looks drawn rather than cut. Spring lifts the winter's litter out of the beds and autumn drops the leaves back over them; both get cleared before they settle in. Ordinary work, done all the way to the corners, on lawns a few minutes from the creek.
