Lofty Heights Tree Care

About Lofty Heights Tree Care

From Chimney Rocks the whole town lies out below — the Frankstown Branch of the Juniata bending past, the canal basin green, the streets running straight at the mountain wall. Lofty Heights Tree Care works down in that grid and up on the slopes behind it, taking on tree removal in the older blocks where the yards are deep and some of the trunks are older than the houses. Tree trimming lifts a canopy off a porch; pruning before bud break sets a young maple up for the next fifty summers under the Allegheny Front. When weather comes over the ridge and lays a black locust across a back lane, cleanup is a matter of hours — cut, hauled, swept. Autumn pays the work back around here: the mountain going gold behind a yard that has finally been given room to breathe.
