About Henry Enterprises

Snow comes over the Allegheny Front sideways some nights, squall behind squall, and Hollidaysburg wakes to a different landscape than the one it went to bed in. Henry Enterprises works those nights — plowing drives and lots, cutting out the throat of the driveway where the road plow left its ridge, hauling the banks back when there is nowhere left to push. It is quiet work, mostly done in the dark, and the thanks for it is a car that pulls out easy at seven. Blair County can hand over eight inches by morning and two more before noon, so the route runs until it is finished. Serving Hollidaysburg and the valley around it.
