About Greenlawn Inc

The first hard frost usually finds Hollidaysburg in October, silver across the lawns in the shadow of Brush Mountain, and that is the week mowers get put up and plows come down off the blocks. Greenlawn Inc runs both halves of the year — mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups while things are growing, plowing and clearing once they stop. Spring arrives in waves here, greening the valley floor well before the slopes, and the route simply follows it uphill. Winter is the simpler and harder job: get the drive open, get it wide, get it done before the day starts. The work carries across Hollidaysburg, Gaysport, Duncansville and the townships between.
