About New Outlook Landscaping

From the top of Allison Hill you can watch the whole valley change its mind — green one week, copper the next, then the flat white glare of a January morning. New Outlook Landscaping works both halves of that year in Harrisburg: mowing, trimming and edging while the grass is running, plowing, shoveling and salting once the hill goes slick. Steep driveways here are a problem all their own, and the answer is arriving early and coming back when the wind fills the tracks in again. What you get for it is a walk cleared down to the pavement and a lawn that holds its shape right out to the property line. Ordinary work, done all the way to the corners, on streets that show it.
