About Gayle Landscaping

Penbrook and Paxtang are boroughs of short blocks and big oaks, where driveways run tight between houses and there isn't a spare foot to put anything. Gayle Landscaping plows that kind of ground across the Harrisburg area — driveways, small lots, walkways and steps — and salts the shaded runs that never catch enough sun to melt on their own. Close quarters make the work deliberate: back in, take it in stages, keep the blade off the apron and the shrubs, and don't create a snowbank that becomes February's problem. Snow in an old borough has to be placed rather than merely moved — off the walk, off the drive, clear of the mailbox and well shy of the neighbor's line. Done properly, the morning looks perfectly ordinary, which in January counts as a small triumph.
