Brandon's Lawn Care and Landscaping

About Brandon's Lawn Care and Landscaping

The south branch of the Conewago slips through the farm ground east of Hanover, quiet in July and loud after a thaw, and the seasons out that way announce themselves early. Brandon's Lawn Care and Landscaping follows them the whole way around: mowing, trimming and edging through the growing months, cleanups at both ends, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the ground locks up. There is a good kind of tiredness in a summer Friday when every lawn on the route is cut and the lines still show. There is a different one in a February morning when the drives are open before anybody has pulled on a coat. A property looked after year-round never has to be rescued — it just stays the way its owner pictures it.
