Clean By Nature

About Clean By Nature

Penns Creek runs cold and clear through Haines Township, and on a January morning the steam comes off the water while everything above the bank is white. Clean By Nature is out before that light, plowing the lanes and driveways so the road end is open when the bus comes through. Snow here gets pushed, not nudged: full-width passes, the load carried well past the turnaround, walkways shoveled to the door. There's a particular satisfaction in seeing tire tracks on ground you opened an hour earlier. Driveways, lanes and farm entrances across the township are handled.
