About Greensburg Landscape Company

Snow falls on the courthouse dome first, or seems to, the way it stands over Main Street. Greensburg Landscape Company works the hours underneath it — plowing lots and driveways, cutting walks open, salting the ice that forms wherever the hills tip water toward a doorway. Westmoreland winters run long and uneven, generous one week and mean the next, and the answer never changes: get out early, come back if it keeps up. A finished lot has square corners and no ridge of snow left across the entrance. Do that all night and the city hardly notices, which is the compliment.
