About Absolute Restoration, LLC

Winter arrives in Greensburg from the east, over the ridges, and it announces itself an hour before it lands — a change in the light, a hush down in the hollows. Absolute Restoration, LLC keeps watch on nights like that and moves before the town does. The plow goes down at the head of a drive while the streetlamps still have the road to themselves, and by the time coffee is on, the concrete is dark and wet and clear again. Salt gets placed where the slope wants to hold ice: the turn at the top, the shaded lip near the garage door. There is a plain satisfaction in a lot that looks like nothing ever happened to it, and that is the whole ambition here.
