Mark's Lawn Care

About Mark's Lawn Care

September in this corner of Franklin County smells like cut grass and orchards, the fruit rows east toward Waynesboro loading up while the lawns get the best month of their year. Mark's Lawn Care spends it the way it ought to be spent — mowing, trimming, edging and fall cleanups around Greencastle and the roads that run out of it. Grass grown over valley limestone comes back thick and even, and it takes a finished cut beautifully, the kind you notice from the far end of the yard. When the year turns hard the work turns with it: plowing, shoveling and salting so a driveway is open and a walk is safe to cross. Steady hands, both halves of the calendar.
