About Diamond Grounds Management

Four miles south of Greencastle the Mason-Dixon line crosses the fields without so much as a fence to mark it, and the valley simply keeps going. Diamond Grounds Management keeps the ground on this side of it — mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups, the season-long care that tells anyone passing that somebody is paying attention. In July the grass grows faster than anyone would like, and the payoff is that first look back down a finished lawn with the light low and the lines true. Winter hands the same properties over to plowing, shoveling and salt, lots opened and walks bared while the town is still dark. Two kinds of work, one habit: leave it better than you found it.
