About Lakefront Property Maintenance LLC

Wind comes off Lake Erie with nothing at all to slow it, and the properties up near the bluff feel every bit of it — salt-gray winters, bright breezy summers, weather that changes while you are still looking at it. Lakefront Property Maintenance LLC keeps those places in order all the way around: mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups in the warm months, then plowing, shoveling and de-icing once the lake starts throwing snow inland. Exposed ground dries fast in July and drifts fast in January, and both conditions need somebody paying attention. The result is a property that looks tended in every kind of light. Girard and the roads toward the shore are the territory.
