About Foxglove Contracting

Along the creek bottoms of Polk Township the hayfields still run out to the treeline, and old barns lean into the wind coming off the mountain. Foxglove Contracting keeps properties out there in both seasons — lawn mowing, trimming and edging, cleanups in spring and fall, and snow plowing, walkway clearing and salting once the weather turns. Autumn around Gilbert is short and spectacular, hawks streaming south above the ridge while the last mowings of the year get finished. Then the light goes flat, the ground hardens, and the work moves into the small hours. There is honest pride in a driveway opened wide and square while the storm is still coming down.
