About C & R Landscaping LLC

North of town the orchards climb in long rows toward Biglerville and Arendtsville, and by October the whole ridge smells of cider and cut grass. C & R Landscaping LLC works that apple country and the streets of Gettysburg alike — mowing and lawn upkeep through the growing months, plowing and salting once the fields go bare. Winters in Adams County arrive sideways: a wet inch on Tuesday, six on Friday, a glaze of ice underneath it all. Clearing a farm lane at four in the morning is nobody's idea of glamour, but it is the reason the school bus makes the corner. Autumn is the hinge of the year here, and both halves of it get the same attention.
