About Jeff's Outdoor Services

French Creek moves slow and green through this township on its way to meet the Allegheny at Franklin, and the country beside it is all soft hills, hayfield and hedgerow. Jeff's Outdoor Services keeps pace with that land the whole year — mowing, trimming and cleaning up the long farm-road properties through the warm months, then turning to the plow when the valley fills with white. Winter here settles in quietly and stays, so driveways that run a few hundred feet from the road get opened again and again before spring. Summer pays it back with evenings long enough to finish a lawn properly and still watch the light leave the ridge. The pleasure is in the contrast: a straight mowing line in July, a clean lane in January, the same ground both times.
