About Byron Smail Landscape Contracting

People have been crossing Frankstown Township for centuries — the old path through the mountains gave the place its name long before any of the roads were paved. Byron Smail Landscape Contracting works that same ground now, with landscape projects and bed work, lawn maintenance through the growing season, and plows out when the valley goes white. October here is a short, gold, windy affair, and the borders shaped back in May are what carry a property through it. A well-built edge holds its line for years; a plowed lane holds it for a night, and both deserve doing right. The old limestone kilns down the valley are a fair reminder that what you build outdoors is what people see the longest.
