About Pristine Grounds Management LLC

The village takes its name from the road General Forbes cut through these ridges, and the country around it is still long mountains and narrow valleys. Pristine Grounds Management LLC works that terrain in both directions of the year: mowing, trimming and cleanups through the green months, plowing, shoveling and salting when the Alleghenies do what they always do to a forecast. Snow lies deeper on the high ground than on the valley floor, and the difference can be a matter of a single mile of road. Summer up here is short, bright and generous to grass, and properties open into fields as often as they stop at a fence. Both seasons ask the same thing — show up, finish the edges, and leave the place ready for whatever comes next.
