Care's Lawn Service

About Care's Lawn Service

Morning in Fleetwood arrives slowly, the fog off Willow Creek lifting through the corn and settling into the low places behind the houses. Care's Lawn Service works those first cool hours, when the dew still sits heavy and the mower leaves a darker line behind it. Mowing, trimming, edging, mulched beds, spring and fall cleanups — the work is plain and the result is not: a yard that reads as cared for from the road. By August the Berks County heat pushes the cutting later into the evening, and by October the maples give back everything they took all summer. There is a real satisfaction in that last pass along a walk, where the grass ends and the concrete begins in one unbroken line.
