About Fayetteville Contractors, Inc.

Storms reach Fayetteville from the mountain. The town lies at the western foot of South Mountain along the old Lincoln Highway, and you can watch winter pour down off the ridges of Michaux State Forest toward the rooftops. Fayetteville Contractors, Inc. meets it with blade and shovel, clearing driveways, lots and walks so life along Route 30 keeps moving. The morning after carries its own beauty: hemlocks bowed white at Caledonia, the Conococheague running dark beneath them, and every cleared drive a crisp black line through the snow. This is the work of a contractor used to moving heavy material — this time, a mountain's worth of snow — and leaving the ground level behind.
