About Santini Maintenance LLC

Some Falls Township storms cannot make up their minds: rain first, then sleet ticking at the windows, then all at once real snow with the wind driving it flat across the open ground. Santini Maintenance LLC works that whole sequence, plowing driveways and clearing walkways as conditions shift under the blade. Wet-to-frozen weather is the hardest kind — what is slush at nine o'clock is armor by midnight — so the timing of each pass becomes a judgment made in the dark. Salting and scraping keep the surface honest until the sky has finished with it. When it does, the property is already open.
