About Pettit Property Services

Fairview lies along the bluffs of Lake Erie, where Walnut Creek cuts a shale gorge down to the shore and summer breezes come in cool off the water. Pettit Property Services tends lawns in this lakeshore community, mowing all summer while the lake keeps the heat gentle and the grass growing thick. Edges are trimmed crisp, clippings swept away, and each yard left looking freshly made. On a June evening, with the sun setting red over the water, a trim Fairview lawn becomes the foreground of the view. In autumn, as the steelhead push up Walnut Creek, the maples let go too, and Pettit is there to clear them.
