Scott's Tree & Stump Removal

About Scott's Tree & Stump Removal

East of the city the ground is cut into ravines — Four Mile Creek, the shale walls of Wintergreen Gorge, the wooded slopes that tip down toward the lake. Trees grow tall and close in that kind of country, and sooner or later one has to come out. Scott's Tree & Stump Removal takes it in stages: the tree down and cleared, then the stump ground below grade so the ground can be filled, leveled and seeded. Tree trimming fills in the rest of the calendar, easing limbs off gutters, garages and the neighbor's fence. On a bright October afternoon, with the water blue past the ridge, a finished yard is simply flat, open and ready to mow.
