About J J Wurst Landscape Contractors and Garden Center

In Millcreek the ground wakes early, the maples along the Asbury Woods trails leafing out while the lake is still cold enough to hold the season back a week. J J Wurst Landscape Contractors and Garden Center works those long township lawns through the growing months, mowing, trimming and keeping the line clean where turf meets walk and drive. There is a particular pleasure in a yard cut on the same day each week — the stripes lining up, the clippings gone, the borders drawn sharp again. Cleanups bookend the year: the winter's scatter raked out in April, the leaves gathered in October before the ground goes hard. It is ordinary outdoor work, and it is what makes a whole street look tended from the sidewalk.
