About Fredericks Landscaping Co

Emmaus keeps its back lanes narrow, and after midnight in a February storm they are the last streets anyone thinks about. Fredericks Landscaping Co is out in them — plowing driveways, reopening the apron the borough plow closed back up, shoveling steps and walks, spreading salt where the freeze will come in hard behind the snow. The work is nocturnal by nature and finished by the hour people need it finished. Somebody wakes, looks out at a cleared drive, and never once thinks about the three passes it took. That is the job done the way it ought to be.
