About Hartley Services LLC

Ellsworth was laid out around the mine and it still reads that way — tight rows of houses, narrow side yards, a hill waiting at the end of most streets. Hartley Services LLC gives those small squares of grass the same attention a wide lot gets, because in a patch town every yard is on display from the sidewalk. Mowing, string-trimming along walls and fences, a clean cut where lawn meets pavement, and the clippings blown off the steps before the truck moves on. Out past the borough the ground opens toward Pigeon Creek and the fields toward Bentleyville, and those lots get a wider pattern and a longer pass. Spring through leaf-drop, the promise is the same one: come back on schedule, leave it looking sharp.
