About Steve's Olde English Lawn Services

Dusk in midsummer, and a properly cut lawn goes striped — light band, dark band, the mower's path written across the yard until the sun quits. Steve's Olde English Lawn Services chases that look on East Stroudsburg properties: mowing with attention to pattern, edging, hedge and shrub trimming, bed tidying, seasonal cleanups. The old garden tradition the name nods to is mostly about repetition — same height, same lines, same week after week. Pocono grass grows in bursts after mountain rain, which makes the discipline harder and the result more obvious. A lawn kept that way is a small, deliberate pleasure to look at.
