Roof Works USA

About Roof Works USA

Blair County winters do their real damage in the freeze that follows the thaw, when meltwater creeps to the eaves and stops there. Roof Works USA takes the snow off in and around Duncansville — clearing roofs and drifts, breaking up the ice that builds at the edges, and opening driveways and walks so the next round has less to grab hold of. The mountains west of town shed storms onto the valley in waves, and a load of wet snow only grows heavier the longer it sits. Getting it down before it becomes a problem is the whole point, and there is a plain satisfaction in a roofline running clean again against a gray sky. Duncansville and its neighboring valley towns make up the service area.
