About Spellen's Landscaping & Lawn Care LLC

The hill above the college in DuBois catches the first sun of the day and the last of the snow in spring, which tells you a lot about how the year runs here. Spellen's Landscaping & Lawn Care LLC works both sides of it — mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups through the green season, plowing and clearing walks once the cold takes hold. Rentals and older houses share the same blocks, so the crew moves between small tight yards and wide open ones in a single afternoon. A lawn edged along the sidewalk and a walk cleared to the concrete are the same idea in two different seasons. Both say someone has been here and paid attention.
