Duttry's Tree Service

About Duttry's Tree Service

The country around DuBois grew back into hardwood after the lumber years, and now those trees stand over driveways, camps and the lanes out toward Treasure Lake. Duttry's Tree Service spends the green months up among them, pruning away deadwood and doing tree trimming to clear rooflines and let a lawn get some sun. Tree removal is the heavy end of it, an old cherry or white pine brought down in measured pieces where nothing has room for a straight fall. Clearfield County storms arrive fast in July, and storm damage cleanup means the chipper running until the drive is open and the brush pile is gone. Standing back with the tailgate shut and the grass raked flat is the best part of the day.
