D&M Tree Service

About D&M Tree Service

Sandy Lick Creek runs the length of DuBois, and the hemlocks along it hold snow the way the whole Allegheny Plateau does, patiently and by the foot. D&M Tree Service works straight through those long white months, doing tree trimming and pruning while the wood is dormant and the crowns are easy to read. Tree removal takes down what the winters have hollowed out, dropped where there is room and rigged where there is not, so the yard beneath comes through unmarked. Storm damage cleanup follows the ice, the heavy wet April snows and the summer wind that crosses the plateau with nothing to slow it. There is a particular quiet after the saws stop and a yard is just a yard again.
