About Dark Horse Solutions

Three in the morning, January, and the plateau above DuBois is as dark as it gets, with wind pushing snow across the open ground toward the I-80 exits. Dark Horse Solutions runs those hours, plowing drives and lots and clearing the walks so that the first person out the door in the morning finds a path already waiting. Storms here stack up over days rather than arriving all at once, so the job is often the second and third round more than the first. There is a particular quiet in a cleared lot at dawn, banks squared off, blacktop showing dark against the white. Nobody sees the work happen, which is exactly how it should look.
