Phantom Tree Service

About Phantom Tree Service

Before the Lincoln Highway wakes up, Downingtown belongs to fog on the creek and geese passing over Kerr Park. Phantom Tree Service likes that hour, gear staged and ropes coiled, the first cut going in while the town is still quiet. The days run through tree removal in cramped back lots, tree trimming that pulls limbs back off gutters and garage roofs, and pruning that shapes a young oak before bad habits set in. Autumn nor'easters and August microbursts leave much the same mess, and storm damage cleanup answers either one with saws, a chipper and a long rake. What the neighbors notice by morning is only the light coming through differently.
