About Electric City Snow Removal LLC

Snow banks into the Lackawanna Valley off the Moosic Mountains, and Dickson City routinely picks up a few inches the forecast never mentioned. Electric City Snow Removal LLC works those nights — plowing driveways and lots, shoveling out the walks and the long flights of stairs so many of these houses climb to reach a door, spreading ice control on every pitch. Old coal-town streets are narrow and the parking is on-street, so snow has to be placed deliberately rather than merely pushed. From Blakely down through Peckville to the Scranton line, that placement is the difference between a cleared drive and a wall standing in front of it. Morning comes, the valley goes bright, and everybody gets out.
