About Shawns Lawn and Landscaping LLC.

Mill Street's brick fronts hold the afternoon heat, and behind them the old iron town keeps a surprising amount of grass — side lots, deep back yards, the green stretch running down toward the riverfront. Shawns Lawn and Landscaping LLC. cuts and trims that borough ground week by week, edging along walks and driveways and tidying the beds where the shade of a hundred-year maple keeps everything damp. Town yards are all corners, gates and fence lines, so the trimming takes longer than the mowing every single time. The payoff is a whole block that looks intentional by Friday evening. When the leaves fall they lift them off the sidewalks and gutters, which the storm drains appreciate as much as the neighbors do.
