Mikel’s Lawncare and landscape

About Mikel’s Lawncare and landscape

Cross Creek Township is farm country folded around its lake — pasture, woodlot, and the water sitting quiet at the bottom of the park while hawks work the ridge above it. Mikel’s Lawncare and landscape mows and trims and edges through the long Washington County summer, then handles the cleanups when the treelines let go in late October. Properties out here run large and the mowing lines run long, which makes a finished lawn something you take in from across a field rather than up close. There is genuine satisfaction in that wide, even sweep of green. It belongs to the landscape around it and still looks unmistakably kept.
