TeamTurf

About TeamTurf

Coraopolis on a Saturday: mowers going somewhere on every third block and the river carrying the sound of them up the hill. TeamTurf runs a crew through days like that, cutting, edging, trimming and clearing away, several hands moving over a property until it is finished all at once. Grass answers to rhythm, and a lawn kept on time thickens up and starts looking deliberate by midsummer. When the weather turns, the crew turns with it, plowing drives and lots, opening walks and putting salt where it will do the most good. Two seasons, one route through town.
