Snows Polaris South

About Snows Polaris South

North-facing streets in Coraopolis keep their ice long after the sun has found everything else, and that is where a winter is really won or lost. Snows Polaris South runs plows and spreaders through it, taking drives, lots, walkways and the stubborn shaded stretch beside the garage. Storms come up the Ohio valley wet and heavy, then the temperature drops and the whole thing sets like stone, so timing beats muscle every single time. Getting there while it is still soft is the craft of the thing. What is left behind is pavement, clean to the edges, on a morning that had no intention of cooperating.
