Spring Green

About Spring Green

April fog lifts off the Schuylkill around eight o'clock and leaves Conshohocken's lawns bright and wet and ready to be cut. Spring Green works both ends of the year in this borough, mowing, edging and trimming through the green months with cleanups at either shoulder, then plowing, shoveling and treating ice once the ground goes hard. It is the same properties either way, the same steep little driveways and narrow front strips, learned by heart. Knowing where the drain sits and which corner holds water is what makes the work quick and the result even. Serving this town and the ones strung along the valley with it.
