Frankie B’s snow removal

About Frankie B’s snow removal

Three in the morning, and the hill streets above Connellsville are the only thing awake — a blade, a streetlight, the shush of snow coming off the moldboard. Frankie B's snow removal keeps that shift. Steep drives here want a certain angle and a certain patience, and the walks want shoveling by hand where nothing wider will fit. Salt goes down last and high on the grade, so the melt does its own traveling on the way down. By the time the first headlights turn toward Route 119, the way out is already open.
