D & S Tree Service

About D & S Tree Service

Late in October the Great Allegheny Passage fills with color, and Connellsville's brick streets get a week of gold before the wind takes it. D & S Tree Service spends that stretch of the year up in the crowns, doing tree trimming and pruning while the leaves are down and the shape of a tree is honest. When ice or a summer squall drops a limb across a driveway, storm damage cleanup opens the way again; when a tree is finished, tree removal is done in stages so the flowerbed beneath it survives. It is a mill town's kind of labor, physical and unhurried and done before supper. What gets left behind is a yard that looks like nothing ever happened there.
