About Knutsen Outdoor

South of Lancaster the farmland tips over and falls into the river hills, and Conestoga sits up on that high ground with the water glinting below toward Safe Harbor. Knutsen Outdoor works the full circle of the year here: mowing, trimming and edging the wide open yards through summer, cleanups when the woodlots let go, then plowing and shoveling the lanes once the wind comes up the valley. Out this way a driveway can be two hundred feet of gravel and a lawn can run clear to the fence line of a cornfield. Scale doesn't change the finish — even passes, square corners, and in winter, blacktop showing from curb to garage. It is satisfying work in a place with a long view.
