Day's Lawn Services

About Day's Lawn Services

Fog comes off Lycoming Creek before the sun clears the ridge, and for an hour Cogan Station is all soft edges. That is when Day's Lawn Services starts, mowers cutting the first clean lines of the day while the valley is still cool. Through the growing season they keep lawns on a steady rotation, trim close around fence posts and mailbox stands, and cut edges crisp where turf meets walk and drive. Spring means clearing out what winter left behind in the yard; autumn means the leaves that come down off the hillside maples, and those get gathered too. What's left at the end of an afternoon here is simple and worth looking at: stripes running true, an edge like a drawn line, a yard that fits the valley it sits in.
