About The Property Aficionados, LLC

April on the Clifford plateau is mud, and then, almost overnight, it is green. The ice slides off Fiddle Lake, the ruts dry hard, and the first mow of the year is the moment the whole township seems to exhale. The Property Aficionados, LLC handles lawns through that turn and all the way out to the far end of the season — mowing, trimming, edging, and the cleanups a short northern summer needs before and after. Up here the growing months are few, so every week counts, and a lawn kept even from May into September is something honestly earned. The work runs through Clifford township and down the valley roads toward Carbondale and Greenfield Township.
