About Mr. Bill & Son Lawn Care

October along Ackerly Creek turns the Abington hills to rust and copper, and the yards underneath fill up faster than anyone expects. Mr. Bill & Son Lawn Care handles both halves of the year here — mowing, trimming, edging and spring and fall cleanups, then plowing, shoveling and ice treatment once the hills stiffen up. A yard raked bare to the grass in November is its own small pleasure; so is a driveway opened wide enough that the mailbox survives until April. Working the Summit means hillsides, gravel aprons and short steep drives, and knowing which ones drift shut every single time. Clarks Summit, Clarks Green, South Abington and Newton Township are all on the route.
