About Pollino Landscaping and Supply

By mid-October the hills above Cheswick turn all at once, and the wind off the river starts moving leaves faster than anyone can rake them. Pollino Landscaping and Supply meets that season head-on — mowing and trimming right up to the last cut, edging beds, and clearing what the maples drop before it mats down over the grass. Once the cold sets in for good, the work shifts to plowing driveways and lots, shoveling walks and salting the slick patches that hide in the north-facing corners. A yard put to bed properly in autumn is a yard that comes back easier in April, and that is worth the extra hour on a short afternoon. Cheswick, Springdale, Harmarville and Tarentum are all on the map.
